Sublease of our premises

Our piano school offers for short-term sublease professionally equipped music classrooms and a chamber concert hall for 40 listeners.

The purposes for which the premises can be subleased:

performing artistic activities associated with playing the piano
organising a chamber cultural event for up to 40 people (e.g. concert, workshop)
organising lectures, presentations, seminars
solo piano practice
rehearsals of a chamber ensemble (duo, trio, quartet, etc.) using the piano
teaching activities connected with teaching the piano

Our premises are intended for sublease for the purpose of solo or four-handed piano playing, or for smaller chamber groups such as duos, trios or quartets composed of classical musical instruments (strings, woodwinds) and singing. The chamber hall can be rented for the purposes of concerts of a more intimate nature, presentations, lectures with a maximum capacity of 40 people.

Due to maintaining the permitted noise level in the building, we do not sublease our premises for testing brass instruments, saxophones, drums or for the purpose of operating electronic music requiring electrical power for the operation.

Classroom sublease includes:

professional acoustic piano (classroom no. 1: concert grand piano Petrof, classroom no. 3: concert piano Yamaha U1)
access to the toilet
possibility to make coffee or tea, use of microwave and refrigerator
Wi-Fi connection
black and white printing on an inkjet printer, printing max. 10 A4 pages / rental period
possibility to use classroom equipment such as sheet music (piano schools and sheet music), magnetic sheet music table, metronome, fan in the summer months
possibility to use a pedal extender bench for small children

Chamber concert hall sublease includes:

concert grand piano Weinbach
use of a maximum of 40 chairs for students
access to the toilet
use of microwave and refrigerator
Wi-Fi connection
possibility to make coffee or tea, use of black and white print on inkjet printer, print max. 20 A4 pages / rental period
with simultaneous sublease, including facilities in classroom no. 3, possibility to make coffee or tea and possibility of using classroom equipment such as sheet music (piano schools and sheet music), magnetic sheet music table, metronome, fan in the summer months

Time availability for sublease

Premises can be subleased on weekdays or on weekends according to the free capacity of the school by prior mutual agreement. If you are interested, please contact us by email at info@pianoschoolprague.cz.

On weekends, the minimum rental period is 3 hours.

Chamber concert hall

1 hour	8 hours (full day)
600 CZK	4320 CZK (10% discount)
Possible tuning +1500 CZK.

Chamber concert hall, including facilities in classroom no. 3

1 hour	8 hours (full day)
700 CZK	5040 CZK (10% discount)
Possible tuning +1500 CZK.

All prices are incl. 21% VAT.

Smoking and lighting a fire are strictly forbidden in all of the premises and in the entire building. Food consumption is prohibited in the chamber concert hall.
